The R5 document is a living reference that captures organization project scope, certification program logic, data migration plan, and integration requirements. Who leads our implementation?
A dedicated Implementation Manager from ROC-P’s Client Experience team, will lead from kickoff through launch. They’re your single point of contact, managing the project plan, running regular check-ins, coordinating schedules, and working through configuration decisions with your team. Client Experience has Solutions, Data and Training & Support team members; the Implementation Manager gets each role involved at the right time.
Will our data migrate cleanly?
We treat data migration as one of the highest-stakes parts of the transition. ROC-P’s team works through legacy system structures, data cleanup, and import validation with you. The goal is to have accurate data on launch day, not a cleanup project after the fact.
How does ROC-P train our staff?
Training is built into the implementation process, not tacked on at the end. Your team will receive foundational ROC-P training, training on your configuration’s specific items & workflows, and training on activities that users will do on a regular basis. All so by launch day you’re ready to operate independently. Your team can also leverage powerful self-service tools like in-app tips, knowledge base articles, one on one training or consultation when needed, and regular team check-ins to ensure you’re maximizing the system’s potential.
What support is available after we launch?
ROC-P’s self-service support portal streamlines the support process, allowing you to submit requests, track ticket statuses, and resolve issues without delay. Our integrated system offers full transparency and accountability, so your questions never fall into a black hole. Clients can also access a comprehensive library of reference materials and tutorials.
